Members are invited to join the Space Data Association’s member meeting in July. The meeting will be held remotely. As part of this process, The SDC website is being modified and a new version is about to be released. So, we are inviting members and participants to watch a demonstration of the new website functionalities.    This is going to be a great opportunity to get familiar with new SDC and ask any questions you might have! This year’s SATELLITE conference takes place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC, from March 13th to 16th.  The Space Data Association (SDA) will of course be there to connect with stakeholders from across the space and satellite communities.  SDA Chairman Joe Chan will be taking part in a panel session on March 13th at 10.45am on: ‘Space Domain Awareness: Protecting Assets in Orbit and on Earth’ This session will start with explaining the importance of broad collaboration on space awareness and then highlight key advancements in space awareness and tracking capabilities, including advanced AI and machine learning algorithms. Speakers will also address the ramp-up in anti-satellite testing and explain the danger these events create for the entire space economy.
