Andrés is an MSc Aerospace Engineer with +5 years of international experience in the space market within GMV. He has strong technical expertise in Space Flight Dynamics with a particular focus on conjunction assessment (CA) and space situational awareness services.
Currently, he is the Operations Manager of the Space Safety Portal at GMV. Based in Oxford, UK, he leads the operational team, providing end-to-end support for the conjunction assessment workflow for more than 20 organizations.
Alongside operational responsibilities, Andrés is leading the development of next-generation conjunction assessment capabilities designed to provide reliable insights within shorter reaction times.
With a hands-on approach and a focus on real-world mission support, Andrés contributes to GMV’s mission to improve the safety and sustainability of space operations in an increasingly congested orbital environment.
