David Zamora is currently the Head of Flight Dynamics at Eutelsat. In this role, he is in charge of the overall management and organisation of all flight dynamics (FD) related activities for the whole set of satellites controlled from Eutelsat satellite control centre in Paris including: FD operations from beginning of life till satellite decommissioning, satellite collision avoidance and co-ordination of the specification of Flight Dynamics facilities. David has over 15 years’ experience in the space industry and he has lead for Eutelsat the FD activities in the LEOP preparation (as FD Project Manager) and operations (as FD Director and Manager) for 6 Eutelsat satellites from two different satellite manufacturers.
Before joining Eutelsat, David started his career at GMV where he was one of the leading engineers in the development and validation of the new Flight Dynamics facilities for Eutelsat.
